Our secure online licensee portal has lots of information to help support you and ensure that you understand the legal obligations of running a pub. There are free tools to help you comply with the law. We also have a licensing support service provided by our external specialist legal and licensing partners.

You can take part in our long-standing and expertly developed value promotions. We provide regular deals featuring free stock or free point-of-sale as well as occasional, limited edition, flash sales that are even better value for your business (although they run out quickly!).

DISPENSE MONITORING

Your pub may have dispense monitoring equipment installed: this will help you manage your business and save money. Dispense monitoring ensures that draught products are served in the very best condition by ensuring products are delivered at the correct temperature, line cleaning is carried out to best practice standards, and dispense equipment is performing effectively. By measuring the exact volume of product dispensed for every drink, you can ensure issues are quickly identified and addressed.

We offer a free Business Rates Advisory Service via an external expert, to help you check whether your business rates can be reviewed. If the answer is yes, they’ll handle the review at no cost. (All rates appeals must be channelled through Greene King.)

BRITISH INSTITUTE OF INNKEEPING (BII)

The BII is an independent body for members in the licensed trade who provide expert support with areas such as Licensing, HR & Employment, Tax, Business Rates. We believe that you should have access to all the support and advice you can get, that’s why we fund your membership.

We’re proud to be in partnership with the Licensed Trade Charity which helps pub, bar and brewery people when they’re in need of help.
