As a pub-owning business operating pubs in Scotland, we are signatories to the Scottish Beer & Pub Association’s Scottish Code of Practice.

THE CODE OF PRACTICE

The Code of Practice (the Code) describes the minimum requirements governing the operation of tied public houses in Scotland. The Code is supervised by the Pub Governing Body.

At Greene King our Code Compliance Officer (CCO) oversees the delivery of our compliance with the Scottish Code of Practice.
