The Burnett Arms offers a warm, local feel. Whether you are after good quality food in the lounge/restaurant, a private or corporate event, a cosy room for an overnight stay, or simply a drink in the dog friendly public bar offering a variety of drinks this pub offers a little bit of everything. With live entertainment, juke box and pool table, the Burnett Arms welcomes new and loyal guests alike. The Burnett has a good local following and provides a multi-faceted income stream for any new operator to take the business forward.
The Burnett Arms is located in the picturesque rural village of Kemnay, approximately 16 miles from Aberdeen. The premises are used by locals, travelling business people and also frequent day visitors to the area. The village name Kemnay is believed to originate from the Celtic words that mean "little crook in the river” due to the village location on the bend of the River Don.
