NEST PUBS - REFURB PLANNED

The Dublin Packet is a traditional pub situated in the heart of Chester. It is famous for having the late great Footballer Dixie Dean as landlord. We are planning for a full refurbishment of the pub to transform it into a Nest franchise pub. The investment will see the pub be completely redecorated with all new fixtures and fittings. There will also be major improvements made to the bar, all trade areas and toilets. All major sporting events will be shown in the pub and the pub will offer a simple food offer of pizza served from the back of the bar. As a franchisee, you'll be able to focus on serving the local community whilst offering great entertainment and service, with the help and support of Greene King behind you.

Location

Chester is a city in northwest England, founded as a Roman fortress in the 1st century A.D. It's known for its extensive Roman walls made of local red sandstone. The Dublin Packet lies in the heart of the city centre.
