You will need to estimate the turnover you expect to achieve from the pub, with regard to food and accommodation (if applicable). Barrelage figures are given to assist you with calculations.

Year Beer (Brls) Wine & Spirits (Ltrs) Minerals (Ltrs)
2018/19 263 388 2,921
2017/18 269 1,211 4,883
2016/17 172 744 2,922

The bar and dining area are served from one bar, with two separate areas one being for dining and an area to enjoy drinks with friends. The pub benefits from a function room on the first floor which can also double up as a meeting room. The function room is used on a regular basis by Tideswell cinema group helping to attract additional guests to the pub. The pub also has a fully operational kitchen. There is a lovely courtyard area to the rear of the pub which is currently underutilised and could be turned into a very useable space. The George has quaint characteristics throughout and four well-appointed letting bedrooms offering full modern facilities within a traditional English Country Inn.
