Harty's at the Junction
37 Whifflet Street, Coatbridge, ML5 4EN
A SMARTLY PRESENTED PUB OFFERING AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY.
The Junction Bar at Coatbridge, is a large well appointed bar, lounge and beer garden, lying to the east of Glasgow. A significant investment to refurbish the pub was carried out in 2018 and the pub still looks the part today. The pub offers three distinctive areas, which provide flexible trading space and a large commercial kitchen. Currently trading at a sales split of 80/20 in favor of food, we envisage the future of the site to go in a more drinks led direction, led my a great local operator who can introduce events, TV sport and entertainment whilst maintaining a more moderate food offer. Capturing the imagination of the locals will be crucial to your success, so local knowledge, great connections and a distinct social media presence will be crucial to your success.

I am seeking an experienced operator, preferably with local knowledge, who is capable of moving the segment this pub currently sits in to make it a more wet lead business with food offering. The ability to utilize the different trading spaces the pub has to offer will be important as you adapt the offer, towards accommodating more drinkers and events, whilst retaining the core customer base who use the pub for a decent meal out.
