You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Hollington Oak is a one-bar operation featuring a large trade kitchen, offering ample capacity for a diverse food menu that can be expanded to attract a loyal local clientele. The pub's layout is thoughtfully sectioned into three distinct areas: a pool and darts area for casual entertainment, a dining area for guests to enjoy meals, and a main bar area that serves as the central hub of activity. One of the pub's standout features is its spacious garden, which includes a patio adjacent to the pub and a large grassy area capable of accommodating 20 picnic benches. This outdoor space is ideal for hosting events, particularly during the summer months, allowing for both intimate gatherings and larger events. At the front of the property, there is parking for 25 cars, providing convenient access for guests, which is especially beneficial given the pubs potential to host large outdoor events and attract a wide range of customers.
