Thetford is a market town and civil parish in the Breckland district of Norfolk. It is on the A11 road between Norwich and London, just east of Thetford Forest. After World War II, Thetford became an "overspill town", taking people from London, as a result of which its population increased substantially. Thetford railway station is served by the Breckland line and is one of the best surviving pieces of 19th century railway architecture in East Anglia.

Standard Tenancy Agreement A fixed 5 year term. The annual rent shown (£35,000 per annum) takes into consideration a machines supply concession. The annual rent will be £42,000 if you prefer not to have Greene King supply machines to you. The rent is subject to annual RPI increase, which is capped. Payment terms are weekly by direct debit.
Entry cost is approximately £35,875.00 which includes Fixtures & Fittings at 25% of estimated valuation, stock, glassware, cutlery, crockery, fuel and cleaning materials, legal, brokers and stocktaking fees, training fees, schedule of condition, working capital and deposit.
