You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The trade space at the Canterbury is shaped around a central bar that acts as the heart of the pub, creating a natural flow between the different areas and making it easy for guests to engage with the team and atmosphere. To one side, a dedicated sports area provides an energetic, social space ideal for televised events and lively occasions, while the main eating area offers a more relaxed setting with large windows that open out onto the extensive garden.
