Income explained You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful.
Entry cost of £3,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation (where available).

The Crown & Anchor offers an intimate, multi‑zoned trading environment with around 53 to 55 internal covers spread across a series of bar and dining spaces, including a defined pool area and a dedicated darts space following investment. The bar servery sits centrally with a lobby-style entrance that supports natural flow through the building. Outside, the pub benefits from a well‑proportioned garden with 24 covers across open and covered areas, enhanced by a pergola and courtyard layout. The property also includes standard guest facilities such as Ladies’ and Gents’ WCs, and the operational areas are supported by a beer cellar and an external yard with sheds.
