You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £3,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Estcourt Tavern offers a welcoming and versatile trade space centred around a single bar and a comfortable internal trading area that combines relaxed drinking and dining. The pub caters well for everyday local use, with space for around 60 food covers inside and a further 42 covers on the patio, creating strong appeal across both indoor and outdoor occasions. Its layout supports a lively, community-focused atmosphere with live sport, casual dining and social visits all sitting comfortably together, while the patio adds valuable external trading space for warmer months. With a strong family-friendly and dog-friendly feel, the trade space is well suited to great value food and drink, regular events and a busy weekly rhythm that encourages repeat local custom.
