You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Prince of Wales in Oxford offers a large and flexible trade space made up of several distinct zones. It includes a sports‑led drinking area featuring a pool table and darts, creating an energetic environment for games and social drinking. Alongside this is a dedicated dining area suitable for food‑led trade. There is also a more relaxed lounge zone that provides a comfortable setting for casual visits. In addition to these main areas, the pub features a smaller secondary sports or drinking zone, adding further versatility to how the space can be used.
