You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.
Entry Costs £5,000
The trade areas feature a sports zone (offering 45 covers) and bar area (offering 26 covers) with both positioned near the bar counter, providing seating for customers around the bar with a combination of high and low level furniture. The dining area (offering 46 Covers) is in the right hand section of the building. The external area offers two outdoor drinking spaces, one on each side of the main entrance, equipped with pergolas and seating. There is also a car park offering 18 spaces.
