You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The trade space at The White Horse is centred around a single main bar serving the pub’s core trading area, supported by a dedicated dining area with around 40 covers and a fully equipped trade kitchen to deliver a strong value-led food offer. Externally, there is a patio area and beer garden that extends trading in warmer months and provides flexible space for families, casual groups and seasonal events. The site is set up to perform well as a sports-led local, with Sky Sports and TNT Sports, alongside added customer conveniences including free WiFi, disabled facilities, a dog-friendly welcome, a cashless pool table, EV charging and a customer car park with approximately 20 spaces.
