You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £3,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Bryn‑Y‑Mor is designed around a large, central bar servery that anchors the entire pub and creates a natural flow between its different seating zones. The space is arranged to offer a mix of poseur tables, mid‑height seating and relaxed dining‑height areas, giving customers flexibility whether they’re watching sport, socialising with friends or enjoying a casual drink. Several TV‑focused zones enhance its appeal as a sport‑led venue, helping create energy and atmosphere on busy match days. Outside, a small seating area offers additional space for customers looking to enjoy the outdoors, adding to the pub’s sociable and welcoming feel.
