Income explained You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful.
Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

You will need to estimate the turnover you expect to achieve from the pub, with regard to food and accommodation (if applicable). Barrelage figures are given to assist you with calculations. All figures represent products bought from Greene

The trade space is designed as a dynamic two-bar operation with three distinct sections, catering to diverse customer needs. The sports bar is fitted with a pool table, two dartboards and multiple large-screen TVs. Adjacent to this, the main bar area is accessible directly from the entrance and is designed with high-top “poser” tables and large screens, providing a welcoming social space for locals to enjoy live sports.
On the side, a dining area is conveniently located next to the commercial kitchen, allowing efficient service for guests enjoying meals.
