You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance. Please note the exact turnover share for drinks is 20.5% of net weekly sales

Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.
Entry Costs £5,000
As you enter from the front door there is a central bar ahead of you which the trade areas wraps around. Zones will be created for dining, drinking and sports, including pool table and darts board. Toilet facilities are to the rear of the pub. Internally, there are 72 food covers. There will be seating areas to the front and rear, with the rear garden hosting the pergola with heat, light and TV. There are 24 car parking spaces available.
