You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance. Where private accommodation is not available, we will also pay you a guaranteed income of £5,200 per annum. Entry cost of £3000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The pub comprises two main areas: the original public bar and a lounge bar added in the 1990s to provide a more spacious environment for patrons. The interior maintains much of its mid-20th-century charm, featuring decor that reflects its long-standing history. The public bar area is adorned with six televisions, making it a popular spot for sports enthusiasts to enjoy live horse racing and football matches.
