You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance. Where private accommodation is not available, we will also pay you a guaranteed income of £5,200 per anum. Please note the exact turnover share is 20.5% of net weekly sales

Entry cost of £3,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £0 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Snaffle bit is a traditional Glasgow pub with a bar and lounge area. Multiple large screens are strategically placed throughout the pub to ensure clear views of the action from every corner, complemented by high-quality sound systems to create an immersive experience for sports events. The lounge has an area dedicate for Pool and pub games. The decor combines warm wood finishes, comfortable furnishings, and memorabilia, fostering a relaxed yet energetic ambiance.
Behind the bar, there’s an extensive selection of beers, spirits, and soft drinks, with an emphasis on popular options to cater to a diverse clientele. The pub also includes a small outdoor seating area, perfect for warmer months or casual gatherings.
