You will earn a guaranteed income of £20,000 per annum (paid at £385 per week), plus a percentage of net food and drink sales (also paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £7,500 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful. The estimated annual franchisee retained income quoted includes profit share and 50% of the total bonus opportunity available. Earnings are uncapped and can increase or decrease dependent on franchisee performance.

Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £3,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Scottish Engineer, offers a modern pub setting that has been a community focal point for many years. The pub comprises two main areas: the bar and sports area and a lounge area more focused on dining. The bar area is adorned with four televisions, pool table and darts area making it a popular spot for sports enthusiasts to enjoy live horse racing and football matches while playing traditional pub games. The lounge and dining areas are perfectly setup for enjoying all day dining with classic Scottish pub food available. The Scottish Engineer is known for its friendly atmosphere, good food and excellent customer service.
