Income explained You will earn a percentage of net sales (paid weekly). In addition, you can earn up to £5,000 bonus per annum based on your audited standards and a share of the profit (paid quarterly) if your business is successful.
Entry cost of £3,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2,000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

You will need to estimate the turnover you expect to achieve from the pub, with regard to food and accommodation (if applicable). Barrelage figures are given to assist you with calculations. All figures represent products bought from Greene King only. **Please note trading volumes for year 2021 are for part year trading and reflect the impact of closure during the Covid 19 pandemic**

The trade space will be completely refurbished including works to modernise the interior and exterior of the pub. These works will include refurbished toilet facilities, all new signage, redecoration reupholstery. extended back of bar, flooring and much more. As you enter the pub from the front, you enter the traditional bar with service to your right. A variety of seating options are available. The pub extends further to the rear with toilets located on the ground floor.
