After arriving in the UK from India just over a decade ago, Sachin Singh first worked as a bus driver in London.
When we met up with him at his pub, The Six Bells in the Berkshire village of Shinfield, Sachin describes how Greene King Pub Partners have enabled him to fulfil his entrepreneurial ambitions.
“Because of Greene King, I'm doing this business. Because in this country, a new person came from different country, I need a lot of support and I don't think other companies or other groups can support me on that level. If I'm here, it’s just because of Greene King.”
“There are so many ways I can say that Greene King is good. So, I think Greene King has always helped us - quite a lot of support which is really important to us. It’s good for me as it’s more flexible. I can work on my own. I can complete my work the way I want.”
