A TOWN CENTRE PUB WITH A GREAT GARDEN

The pub is an important part of the local community and hosts activities such as live sports and quiz nights, which are very popular. I am looking for a local operator with experience of the industry, who can demonstrate a sound knowledge of local trading conditions. The business here is well established and benefits from its central location and fantastic beer garden.
