NEST PUB FRANCHISE - REFURB PLANNED

The Forge in Billericay is set to become a Nest franchise pub following an extensive refurbishment. This particular pub is an ideal opportunity for an experienced pub or hospitality manager to step up and run their own pub. The refurbishment will rejuvenate the pub transforming it to maximise the trading potential, focusing on live sport and entertainment, accompanied by a pizza offer served from the bar. The pub will trade at approximately 95% wet led and offer regular entertainment such as live music and quiz nights. We expect the new franchisee to be able to be at the heart of the pub, driving sales and ensuring high standards are consistently offered, taking the pub to the next level.

Location

Billericay is a town and civil parish in the Borough of Basildon, Essex. It lies within the London Basin. The town is thought to have been occupied since the Bronze Age. The Forge lies on the northern edge of the town adjacent to a local shopping parade. The immediate area is largely residential, offering a captive audience close at hand to market the pub to.

We are looking for an experienced pub or hospitality manager who can think outside of the box to create a strong sales plan, complimented by a strong rhythm of the week.
