NEST PUBS, REFURB PLANNED

The Penny Black in Sheffield City Centre is set to become a Nest Franchise pub following an approximate £200,000 refurbishment. This particular pub is an ideal opportunity for an assistant manager to step up to run their own pub. The refurbishment will rejuvenate the pub transforming it to maximise the trading potential, focusing on live sport and entertainment, accompanied by a basic Pizza offer, served from the bar. The pub will trade at approximately 95% wet led and offer regular entertainment such as live music and quiz nights. The site has a strong trading history and we expect the new franchisee to be able to be at the heart of the pub, driving sales and maintaining the current high standards which are currently offered, taking the pub to the next level.

Location

Sheffield is a city in the county of South Yorkshire. Located in the heart of the city, the Penny Black is located beneath the post office sorting depot.
