Royal Oak

25 Main Road, Watnall, Nottinghamshire, NG16 1HS

AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS KNOWN FOR GREAT REAL ALE.

The Royal Oak in Watnall, is an historic roadside inn which dates back to 1758 and was extended in 1889. The pub currently trades at a split of 80/20 in favour of drinks. The pub is a well established business within its local community, offering an excellent range of cask ales and a loyal regular customer base. The pub also has its own function space which can be used for private parties and events. The opportunity here lies with food. A more consistent offer would greatly benefit the pub and help drive sales. Also, more interaction with the local community via local teams and entertainment would be beneficial.

The Royal Oak is a great Pub with a loyal customer base, I am looking for a new partner who will embrace this and introduce food 7 days a week and embrace the community. A rhythm of the week needs to be established and the function area should be used to maximise sales with private parties and community activity.
