Saracens Head
Church Lane, Shirley, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 3AS
ESTABLISHED DESTINATION FOOD PUB
The Saracens Head in Shirley is a well established destination food pub with a strong reputation for quality food and service. Despite being a destination site, the pub is well supported by the local residents. The site is currently trading at an 80/20 split in favour of food and attracts a mostly middle class/affluent customer base. The new operator will be expected to offer a high quality food menu, which is varied and fresh and supported by a quality drink and cask ale offer. There is also an on site Deli within the car park selling food, drink and ready made meals (produced in the pub kitchen). The pub offers scope to increase wet trade.
