NEST PUBS - REFURBISHMENT PLANNED

The Stag & Hounds at Farnham Common is a great community pub, that is soon to become a Nest franchise pub. There is a substantial refurbishment planned for the Stag & Hounds. There will be a full external decoration and signage scheme to improve the kerb appeal of the property, along with new furniture and lighting to the seating area at the front of the site. Internally there shall extensive works with the kitchen being reduced in size, that in turn shall allow for access to the garden immediately from the back of the pub. New furniture, large screen TVs for Sky/TNT Sports, darts and pool area will be added, along with the toilets being refreshed. The service yard shall be converted into a customer area with pergola, sandstone and sports that shall be fully heated. The current garden to the side of car park shall be given a face lift and the outside bar made operational.

The Stag & Hounds is situated within a great high street location of the affluent town Farnham Common. This is a small pub situated on the main road through Farnham Common which links Beaconsfield and Slough. The site sits between an Estate Agents and a sportswear shop, whilst just across the road there is a Costa Coffee, Italian restaurant, Sainsbury’s Local, and Halfords, amongst other smaller shops.

Nest Pub Franchise Agreement is an agreement for people who have Pub Management experience but are looking to find a simple way to run their own business without having a huge entry cost. You pay £3,000 entry fee and we take care of the property costs, energy bills and stock. We supply marketing, training, and ongoing support. In addition, you'll be paid 20% of weekly sales, known as the weekly turnover share, to cover your staffing costs. Bonuses and profit share schemes are available based on business performance and standards audits. Private accommodation is provided where available.

Entry cost of £5000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. An extra £2000 will be required as working capital, to ensure there is sufficient cash flow in the business before we make our first payment to you. You will be responsible for paying any staff wages including Employers National Insurance, liability insurances to protect the business and the public, TV licence and council tax for private accommodation.

The Stag & Hounds is a one bar operation that encompasses a lounge bar area with snug style seating, along with the main bar area that shall house TVs and darts offering for 60 covers.
