The White Horse is situated at the centre of Waterbeach opposite the green. The pub trades at an approximate split of 60/40 in favour of food. We are looking for an new partner who would ideally be known locally who wants to offer a family dining/pub experience and can capture the imagination of the local community. There is also an opportunity to alter the offer on the peak trade sessions and look to attract people from a wider area including Cambridge with an eclectic food offering and events being held weekly. Location

Waterbeach is situated approximately 3 miles outside Cambridge just off the A10 leading to Ely and is well positioned for the A14 and the M11. Within the village itself the White Horse is centrally situated opposite the main village green and at the centre of local village activities. Waterbeach has its own train station and is less than 5 minutes to central Cambridge. London is accessible in under an hour.
